- Review of company’s payroll function and tax and social security compliance status
- Manage the payroll process, including the preparation and updating of the payroll register
- Manage and respond to employees’ tax and payroll related inquiries.
2Payroll data processing
- Payroll calculation, including payroll taxes and social security contribution (employee/employer's part)
- Drafting of salary table and payroll stub.
3Individual income tax & social security compliance
- Facilitate the inclusion in the payroll of personal special tax deduction through official governmental channels.
- Individual tax return and other payroll documents submission on behalf of your company
- Social contribution & housing fund declaration and payment.
4Payroll payment, accounting & reporting
- Action the payroll payment to employees upon approval from your company's management
- Post payroll transactions to general ledgers.
5Year-end declarations
- Assist in the preparation of the annual tax return for employees (where necessary).
